2018 eftpos Australian Retail awards will be hosted in Myer’s Mural hall on October’2018.
The theme of the awards is: The Retail Realm: thinking outside of the shop
This means focusing on overall customer experience with retail, making improvements in the retail technologies to make customers and retailers life easier, and overall growth in the retail industry.
Small to large businesses in retail will be selected for the rewards under these categories: People in Retail, Excellence in Customer Experience and Retailer of the Year.
