2018 eftpos Australian Retail awards will be hosted in Myer’s Mural hall on October’2018.

The theme of the awards is: The Retail Realm: thinking outside of the shop

This means focusing on overall customer experience with retail, making improvements in the retail technologies to make customers and retailers life easier, and overall growth in the retail industry.

Small to large businesses in retail will be selected for the rewards under these categories: People in Retail, Excellence in Customer Experience and Retailer of the Year.

The sponsors of the retail award show are:

Pronto Software, Hitwise, Rest, Roy Morgan, The Realise Group, FBC Group and eftpos

The award show got its name connected to eftpos and eftpos is the major sponsor of the awards show 2018. Needless to say it is also the most widely used payment system in the Australia retail shops.

Executive Director of ARA, Russell Zimmerman expresses the unique qualities of this prestigious award.

“One of the most desired Awards across the Australian retail industry is the ARA’s Retail Leader of the Year Award. This sought-after award, in the People in Retail category, recognises a Senior Executive or CEO of a retail organisation that is paving the future of Australian retail.”
